Avoid smoking — it significantly impairs wound healing and increases complication risk. Avoid direct sun exposure on treated areas for 3 months.Eat a high-protein, anti-inflammatory diet — lean meats, eggs, fish, fruits, and vegetables — to support tissue healing. Stay well hydrated. Avoid alcohol, sodium-rich foods, and processed foods during recovery as they worsen swelling and delay healing.
